Diaper Genie Elite {Review + Giveaway}

Diapers are stinky business. We've still got two kids in diapers (fun, right?!) and I really don't like having the odour linger in my house. Some of the suckers we've changed have been pretty nasty and the sooner we can get rid of the smell, the better.

If you've got babies, had babies, or have one on the way, you're probably familiar with the Diaper Genie and how it seals away the smell of diapers after you've changed your bumpkin. A popular item on baby registries for good reason (it's the #1 diaper disposal system on the market), this bin is considered a necessity by many. And now Playtex has introduced the Diaper Genie Elite, a modified version of the original available in 3 new colours to suit your nursery decor (pink, blue, grey, along with classic white).

The Diaper Genie Elite still features the Odour Lock system that made the original such a hit, plus the foot pedal to make tossing the stinky evidence easy and one- handed (Ari loves helping with this part) in addition to a carbon filter to help keep your baby's room smelling fresh and clean. It's also a different shape from the original that sits more flush against wall (I love the new shape!); it also opens from just under the lid to make removing used diapers even easier. You can purchase one at most major retailers across Canada, and online on sites such as Amazon.ca (MSRP is $45.99 CAD), AND you can enter below for the chance to win one! Scroll to the end of the post to see how you can enter.
